By accessing or using OMR Master ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OMR Master is a web-based tool for designing and exporting optical mark recognition (OMR) answer sheets. We provide a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro plan with expanded capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the templates and forms you create. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
