1. Refund Eligibility
If you are unsatisfied with OMR Master, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through our Support page with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at purchase.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time after the 14-day refund window.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse of the refund policy, such as repeated subscription and refund cycles. We reserve the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.
